Link is thrilled to be able to be a part of this production of The Little Mermaid! She has acted in three school productions and has stage managed for one. This is her first show that is outside of school and she hopes that she can do more in the future!

Lon Romjue

Grimsby

Lon is a sophomore at Hilhi this year. They were last seen in Harvey as Judge Gaffney. Lon would like to thank the cast, crew, and orchestra of The Little Mermaid for all of their incredible work on this production, and they hope you enjoy the show!

Megan Stirling

Flotsam

Megan is going into her junior year at Glencoe highschool. She has been acting five ever, her most recent role being the grandma in Anastasia with STAGES. She also played a bee in Mary Poppins Jr with theatre in the grove way back before the world ended. In her free time she likes playing the flute and reading. She would like to thank her bunny for being the best bunny in the whole world, her parents are also pretty cool for driving her here I guess. ENJOY THE SHOW!

Sarah Reece

Sarah loves music and acting has acted in a few shows before including; Wily Wonka, Happily Ever After’s Top Chief, and Smarty Pants. This is her first time doing a show with Theatre In the Grove. She has had a lot if fun learning new techniques and has loved meeting new people.

Silke Dobberfuhl

Silke is a rising senior at Forest Grove High School. She has been involved in the theater world for a little over a decade and is excited to be involved with CAST camps agian! They plan on studying theater after high school in the focus of costume design. She would like to thank the Little Mermaid family for endless laughter and support during then the rehearsal process.

Sofie VanDyke

Sofie will be entering the 6th grade this fall at Hazelbrook Middle School, and is having a blast performing in her first show at TITG in The Little Mermaid. She has performed in the past in theatre camps at the Sherwood Center for the Arts, and enjoys singing, playing piano, softball, basketball, reading, and painting. She would like to thank her parents for their support, the cast and crew for being amazing and fun to work with, and TITG for the opportunity to be a part of this show.

Blake Knapp

Ensemble

The Little Mermaid is Blake’s first production. She has loved participating in CAST camp and getting to explore TITG and learning how a musical comes together. While this is her acting debut, she is no stranger to performing. Blake dances competitively as a soloist and as a part of a dance team for Regeneration Dance Studio. She is looking forward to continuing to hone her skills and be a part of more productions in the future.

Essie Kiblinger

Sailors and Sea Creatures Ensemble

Essie has been acting and dancing for many years and loves both. This is Essie’s second production with Theater In The Grove, but she has been acting in school plays for many years like Happily Ever After’s Top Chef and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. You may have also seen Essie in movies like Little Wing. Essie Has had a great experience with Theatre In The Grove and is excited to be a part of this production. She would like to thank Forest Grove Dance arts for giving her a love for preforming.

Sailors, Sea Creatures

Ollie is a 12 year old boy, going on to be a 7th grader at NAMS. He likes to read, draw, paint, play instruments, listen to music, and drink tea. They have never acted in a play before so be nice! He likes that TITG is a free, open, and funny place, one that gives you some “Positoovity!” They have a big group of friends and just made some new ones here! Shoutout to: their old band director, Elijah pine! My closest friends, Mango, Rosie, Grace, and Kate! And thank you to everyone that helped me survive this crazy show 🙂
