Resources for Current Volunteers

Report your Hours

We ask our volunteers to report the time they volunteer for three reasons.

First, it helps us when applying for grants. The more active our volunteer community, the higher the chance we will be selected for a grant.

Second, our insurance company requires that we report that annually.

Third, people who volunteer more than 10 hours a year become members of Theatre in the Grove & are eligible to attend our annual membership meeting and vote for the board of directors.

Thus we request all of our volunteers report their total time spent on a monthly basis.

Liability Waiver & Policy Agreement

We want Theatre in the Grove to be a safe place for everyone.  Bullying, harrassment (of any kind) is not tolerated.

All volunteers, cast, crew, board members, and others aflliated with us must agree to abide by our policy of conduct in writing.  To agree to our policy, click on the button.

All volunteers must sign this once each year.

Volunteer Training

Our lobby volunteer positions require basic training in order for our volunteers to be effective.  Click Read More to access our training.
