Leadership
The TITG leadership is poised to guide TITG into our next 50 years. Our bylaws require that we have between 7 and 11 voting members.
Board of Directors
Board members are elected during our June membership meeting and serve a 2 year term. TITG’s board establishes the priorities, vision, and strategy for the organization.

Zachary Centers
President
Zachary Centers has been involved with TITG since childhood, and can be frequently seen, acting, directing and designing. He holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Southern Oregon University, and an MA in Teaching from Pacific University. Additionally, he is the drama teacher of Hillsboro High School.

Jeananne Kelsey
Artistic Director
Jeananne has been involved with Theatre in the Grove since childhood. She has been an actor, director, choreographer, and crew member. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in theatre. Jeananne is excited to serve on its board of directors.

Katherine Hill
Secretary
Katherine Hill grew up as a theatre kid and is now a professional historian with a deep love of theatre. She is excited to play an active role in supporting the arts in Forest Grove.

Eddie Glenn
Treasurer
Eddie works in the software technology industry. He has an MBA from the University of Oregon. Eddie joined the board because of his firm belief in the importance of community arts programs.

Victor Cina
Board Member
Victor completed his BA in Communications with a concentration in Theater at William Paterson University. He has written, directed, designed, acted and worked backstage on numerous productions. He has worked professionally for Cirque Du Soliel in Las Vegas. He and his family call Forest Grove home.

Kayte Handler
Board Member
Kayte is very excited to be a part of the Forest Grove community. With her professional background in nonprofit management and M.S. in Historic Preservation, she is looking forward to contributing to the TITG Board and continuing its place as a center for creative minds.

R. Ryan Hendricks
Board Member
Ryan grew up in Forest Grove and always has had a love for TITG. He has experience with live theatre productions and has served as a Beaverton Arts Commissioner.

Tara McLeod
Volunteer Coordinator
Tara grew up as a theatre and music kid in school and has a great love for serving the community as an active member of various boards. She believes the theatre is historically important and should be maintained for future generations.

Lorrey Nelson
Community Outreach
Lorrie is an active volunteer at TITG and has experience with acting, costumes, promotions, and set work and past work with the Astoria community theatre and Clatsop Community College.

Mary Beth Self
Board Member
Beth is a retired nurse, grandmother of two, advocate for enhancement of arts/culture especially music education, enjoys growing cut flowers and blueberries in Washington County, and loves being called “Drama Nana” due to her community theatre experiences.

Pam Warren
Board Member
Pam retired from the semiconductor industry where she had a 30-year career. She recently moved to Forest Grove from Texas where she was a board member for several non-profits. One of which was the Kay Theater Foundation, chartered with preservation and operation of the Texas Historic Landmark.

Mary Webster-Walsh
Board Member
Mary has a BA and Masters in Theater from The Boston Conservatory and has taught theater/children’s theater in various schools nationwide. Mary has directorial credits at Bennington College and BoCo. She is proud to be a member of the Forest Grove community!

Tom Swendig
Building Manager (non-voting member)
Tom has been a regular volunteer at TitG since 2016. He thinks the theatre and its history is an important part of our community and should be protected for generations to come.

Bud Reece
Historian & Archivist (non-voting member)
Creative Leadership
We are priviledged to have these individuals lead up our creative leadership team. Their skills, talents, and experience propels TITG into our next 50 years.

Jeananne Kelsey
Artistic Director
Jeananne has been involved with Theatre in the Grove since childhood. She has been an actor, director, choreographer, and crew member. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in theatre. Jeananne is excited to serve on its board of directors.

Jeremy Van Fleet
Master Carpenter
Jeremy has worked in the construction field for over 30 years. He first became involved with TITG when his wife and children did a show, which led to the family doing shows together, which in turn led to Jeremy helping build several sets over the past 13 years.

Alicia Barrett
Music Director
Alicia is a professional pianist and music director located in Hillsboro. She runs a thriving piano studio, music directs for Theatre in the Grove, and is the staff pianist at Bridgetown Conservatory of Musical Theatre. She loves theatre and getting to share the love of music making with everyone involved in shows.

Chris Byrnes
Costume & Prop Manager
Chris has been active in community theater for the past decade in acting, costuming, set designing, scene painting, choreographing and directing. She has worked at HART Theatre, Twilight Theater Company and Stages.

Jonathan Kipp
Marketing Lead
A long time communications professional and resident of Forest Grove for over 20 years, Jonathan is committed to contributing to TITG’s continuing success and legacy. Jonathan has enjoyed productions at TITG every year, always impressed by the quality of each production.
