Participant Liability Waiver and Policy Acknowledgement
We appreciate your commitment to making Theatre in the Grove a safe environment for all persons. All volunteers — regardless of if you are a board member, director, cast member, musician, production crew, lobby volunteer, or help Theatre in the Grove in some other way — must agree to our liability waiver and acknowledge that you will follow our policies against harassment and bullying as well as protocols for safety.
Because of insurance reasons, if you are not able to agree to these you will not be able to volunteer/participate in activities with us.
Download our “Cast, Crew, Musicians, Volunteers, Board Members Liability Release and Policy Agreement. All volunteers and participants are required to acknowledge receipt of this policy and agree to it.
