Theatre in the Grove opens the spring with the musical A Year With Frog and Toad!

Theatre in the Grove is excited to announce the return of its schoolday children’s production with the staging of A Year With Frog and Toad, based on the beloved children’s classic book, from March 1-10th.

This production marks the post-COVID return of Theatre in the Grove’s schoolday performances for local elementary schools. The response and enthusiasm from the community has been overwhelming, and beginning Tuesday, March 5 through Thursday, March 7, Theatre in the Grove already has six sold-out performances for elementary students.

For families who want to experience the magic firsthand with their children, four public performances are scheduled for Friday, March 1st and March 8 at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, Sunday March 2, 3, 9, 10th at 2:30 p.m. Performances are an hour long with a brief intermission.

Featuring a local cast of entirely teens, A Year With Frog and Toad is a heart-warming musical about friendship and change that audiences of all ages will love.

Performances will be held at the historical Theatre in the Grove, located at 2028 Pacific Ave, Forest Grove.

Tickets for the show are available for purchase now on the Theatre in the Grove Web Site. Tickets are $20 for adults and $18 for Seniors or Students. Alcohol sales will now be available in the lobby.
