The TITG leadership is poised to guide TITG into our next 50 years.
Board of Directors
Board members are elected during our June membership meeting and serve a 2 year term. TITG’s board establishes the priorities, vision, and strategy for the organization.
Zachary Centers
President
Zachary Centers has been involved with TITG since childhood, and can be frequently seen, acting, directing and designing. He holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Southern Oregon University, and an MA in Teaching from Pacific University. Additionally, he is the drama teacher of Hillsboro High School.
Jeananne Kelsey
Artistic Director
Jeananne has been involved with Theatre in the Grove since childhood. She has been an actor, director, choreographer, and crew member. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in theatre. Jeananne is excited to serve on its board of directors.
Katherine Hill
Vice President
Katherine Hill grew up as a theatre kid and is now a professional historian with a deep love of theatre. She is excited to play an active role in supporting the arts in Forest Grove.
Eddie Glenn
Treasurer
Eddie works in the software technology industry. He has an MBA from the University of Oregon. Eddie joined the board because of his firm belief in the importance of community arts programs.
Kelli Landis
Secretary
Kelli is a digital marketing professional who discovered her love for theatre in high school. With a background in the performing arts and a flair for creativity, she brings a unique perspective to supporting local productions.
R. Ryan Hendricks
Ryan grew up in Forest Grove and always has had a love for TITG. He has experience with live theatre productions and has served as a Beaverton Arts Commissioner.
Lindsay LaJoie
This is Lindsay’s second year on the Theatre in the Grove Board. With a background in Journalism, English, and Teaching, Lindsay has a deep love for the arts and believes in the transformative magic of words.
Vinnie Martorano
Vinnie has volunteered for TITG for several years. He was born and raised in New York and moved to Forest Grove in 2008. He values supporting the mission of TITG because of the value that it brings to our community.
Tara McLeod
Tara grew up as a theatre and music kid in school and has a great love for serving the community as an active member of various boards. She believes the theatre is historically important and should be maintained for future generations.
Lorrey Nelson
Lorrie is an active volunteer at TITG and has experience with acting, costumes, promotions, and set work and past work with the Astoria community theatre and Clatsop Community College.

Tom Swendig
Non-voting member
Tom has been a regular volunteer at TitG since 2016. He thinks the theatre and its history is an important part of our community and should be protected for generations to come.

Jeananne Kelsey
Artistic Director
Jeananne has been involved with Theatre in the Grove since childhood. She has been an actor, director, choreographer, and crew member. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in theatre. Jeananne is excited to serve on its board of directors.
Jeremy Van Fleet
Master Carpenter
Jeremy has worked in the construction field for over 30 years. He first became involved with TITG when his wife and children did a show, which led to the family doing shows together, which in turn led to Jeremy helping build several sets over the past 13 years.
Alicia Barrett
Music Director
Alicia is a professional pianist and music director located in Hillsboro. She runs a thriving piano studio, music directs for Theatre in the Grove, and is the staff pianist at Bridgetown Conservatory of Musical Theatre. She loves theatre and getting to share the love of music making with everyone involved in shows.
Chris Byrnes
Costume & Prop Manager
Chris has been active in community theater for the past decade in acting, costuming, set designing, scene painting, choreographing and directing. She has worked at HART Theatre, Twilight Theater Company and Stages.
Interns

Huda Khan
Theatre Intern
Huda is excited to join Theatre in the Grove as a Design Intern, bringing a unique design perspective with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from DePaul University. With a strong foundation in visual design and a passion for creative problem-solving, she is eager to apply her expertise to the world of theatrical production.
Kat Lewis
Theatre Intern
Kat is currently a Theatre major at Pacific University. They are delighted to be working with TITG and involved in the process of making theatre accessible for the community.
Madison Stevens
Theatre Intern
Madison Stevens is a third year student at Pacific studying Theatre and Education. She hopes to move on to be a high school or middle school theatre teacher in the Portland area after she graduates. She can’t wait to get more involved with the Forest Grove theatre community!
Hannah Watson
Theatre Intern
Hannah is a recent graduate with a degree in Art & Graphic Design. She has always had a passion for all things related to the fine arts and is excited to contribute her skills to help create positive visual experiences for the theatre.
Amelia Wojcik
Theatre Intern
Originally from Cameron Park, California, Amelia currently attends Pacific University and is pursuing a Business Administration degree. She grew up around both community and professional theater and is excited to work with and learn from Theatre in the Grove.
