Theatre in the Grove is excited to announce that we have upgraded our ticketing system to provide our patrons with a better ticketing experience. Starting with Big Fish: The Musical, we’ll be using a new system. Notable improvements for you:
- Faster and easier navigation and checkout when you purchase your tickets online
- The ability to deliver your tickets in multiple ways including printing at home, will call, adding to your Apple wallet, emailing or texting them to you
- If you buy your tickets at the door, we’ll be able to get your purchased done faster than before
- You’ll notice a barcode at the bottom of your ticket. We’ll scan that as you enter the theatre to expedite you to your seat
- In the future, we’ll be able to offer season tickets, flex passes and more. These features will be rolled out later this year
When you purchase your tickets online, you will receive an email from ‘Ludus’. This is the name of the ticketing system company. It is NOT spam.
